Here's a super easy, no bake, decadent recipe for you - Florida Key-lime Cheesecake pie!
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 (14 oz.) can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz.) container frozen whipped topping
- 1/2 cup fresh Key-lime juice (about 7-8 Florida Key-limes)
- 1 9 inch graham cracker pie shell
Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature, beat until smooth, add sweetened condensed milk, Key-lime juice and whipped topping, blend until mixture is thick and smooth. Pour into pie shell and chill for at least 3 hours. Garnish with Key-lime slices if desired.
I have to tell you, I'm on my health and fitness mission so only a bite to try it out for me, but this was so good that I really wanted sit down with a fork and eat the whole pie! Delicious!
Note: Bottled Key-lime juice or Persian Key-limes can be substituted for the Florida Key-limes (Persian Key-limes are the green ones usually seen in the produce sections, Florida Key-limes are yellow), I'm pretty sure even regular limes would be fine for this recipe.

with this being no bake, I'm thinking it'd be just as good chilled in a bowl, too, right....no crust...
Looks yummy, Martha!

this is going to sound strange, but can I buy keylime juice? LOL

OMG - I love Keylime pie! This looks so good! (I shouldn't have looked at it right before I go to bed, must be max calories just to see it.) Great photo, by the way, of the pie.

Cindy and SWW - I added a note to the bottom for alternatives to the Florida key-limes :-)
OMG Martha you're killing me!! One of my absolute favorite things and it's so easy, I just might have to make it - today maybe! While you're on your health kick couldn't you just kind of show health food, so the rest of us aren't tempted too? Oh wait, you could use all the low fat versions of the ingredients and it wouldn't be so bad, right???
Kudos to you for having self control. I normally have some meager amount. But not around key lime pie. And especially not around cheesecake.
Looks excellent!
Martha why are you torturing us like this - now I have to wait until June to try it lol!!!!!!
Looks wonderful, my hubby loves key lime. I will have to give it a try.
Love Key lime anything! I make a traditional cheesecake, flavored Key Lime....This looks easy and tasty!

Nice header Martha..
Looks delicious. I love key lime pie.
Wow, thanks for the recipe my friend. I was really trying to find some easy-to-do cheese cake without using the ready mixes in the box 'coz I'm quite hesitant what hidden ingredients might be in them. And it really looks so yummy! I'm heading to Albertsons now.
Oh that does look delicious! :)
I'm really gonna make this for sure.
I like the look of the pie and of your blog.
